2. Nationwide Warranty: No matter where your vehicle is driven within China, you can count on prompt, high-quality service from Songzhi’s nearest authorized service center.

3. Repair Services: We provide free repair services during the warranty period and offer affordable paid repair services after the warranty expires.

4. Maintenance Services: Upon arrival of the new vehicle, a complimentary initial inspection will be provided prior to official operation. Subsequently, scheduled air-conditioning maintenance and special maintenance services are available (free of charge during the warranty period).

5. Training Services: Provide training on product usage, maintenance, and repair to drivers, vehicle management personnel, and maintenance staff as needed.

6. Technical Support: Provide customers with technical documentation on air conditioner installation, operation, maintenance, and repair, and respond to customer inquiries regarding these aspects.
