R&D capability
The Institute of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning was established in June 2011, with its headquarters in Shanghai, and has set up R&D centers in Beijing, Chongqing, Hefei, Liuzhou, Dalian, Xiamen, Suzhou, Wuhan, and other locations. It operates multiple provincial- and municipal-level technology centers and employs over 350 engineering and technical personnel.
The company has established an academician and expert workstation and a New Energy Vehicle Air-Conditioning Engineering Technology Research Center. It maintains long-term industry–university–research collaboration with leading institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, achieving breakthroughs and innovations in key technological advances, industrialization process development, high‑end talent cultivation, and academic exchange.
