Congratulations to Chongqing SONGZ on being awarded the title of “National-Level Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” for the first time.

To thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on intellectual property work, enhance public awareness of respecting and protecting intellectual property, and actively promote the development of a strong‑intellectual‑property district, the Yubei District’s 2023 Intellectual Property Public Awareness Week was held on the morning of April 25 in the large conference room of the District Market Supervision Administration. Attending the event were Zhong Xingwu, Director of the District Market Supervision Administration; Yang Chen, Deputy Director; Jiang Yuanfu, Senior Officer of the Second Level; Zhang Chaojun, Deputy Director of the Utilization Division of the Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau; representatives from several member units of the District Intellectual Property Leading Group; as well as enterprises recognized in 2022 as model or advantageous IP‑holding firms, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, “Little Giant” companies, well‑known trademark holders, and financial institutions. Xiang Kai, General Manager of Chongqing SONGZ, attended the event on behalf of the company.

At the event’s opening, Jiang Yuanfu, a second‑level senior supervisor at the District Market Supervision Administration, introduced the Yubei District Trademark and Brand Guidance Station. Following this, leaders presented plaques to enterprises recognized in 2022 as “National and Municipal Intellectual Property Demonstration and Advantage Enterprises.” Chongqing SONGZ was honored to receive the title of “National‑Level Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.” To conclude the event, Dagongxin Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. was invited to deliver a training session on “Practical Aspects of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing.” The session provided clear, accessible guidance on the practicalities of IP‑based financing, offered a detailed overview of relevant products, and included interactive discussions. This initiative delivered a rich intellectual‑property‑focused learning experience, helping enterprises strengthen their capabilities in creating, protecting, and leveraging intellectual property.

 

 

Chongqing SONGZ has, for the first time, been awarded the title of “National-Level Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise,” a recognition that not only underscores the company’s outstanding performance in intellectual property management as acknowledged by national authorities and industry experts, but also serves as a powerful incentive and source of motivation. This prestigious honor is accelerating the commercialization of the company’s IP assets and plays a pivotal role in enhancing its brand image and boosting its market value.
