Product Adaptability and Specific Requirements
This platform product is designed to meet the cooling requirements of battery packs with a cooling capacity of up to 7.5 kW (water flow rate: 32 L/min, outlet water temperature: 15°C, ambient temperature: 40°C).
It is recommended to install it on the vehicle chassis or in the rear compartment, ensuring the air outlet faces the side of the vehicle and is positioned above the wading height. For installation below the wading height, an IP67 protection rating should be selected.
Special requirements: The operating parameters of the battery thermal management unit should be transmitted via the CAN bus to the bus instrument panel. The instrument panel must display any thermal management fault parameters. Failure to do so could lead to irreparable damage to both the battery and the thermal management unit in the event of a fault.
