        How to simplify complexity? This has become the mission for professionals in the bus air conditioning industry. 

        SONGZ's R&D team has dedicated a year developing the vehicle thermal management 3.0 technology across a full range of products. This technology integrates an ultra-low temperature heat pump system, battery thermal management, ATS (motor & electric control heat dissipation), waste heat recovery system, and front evaporator module within the air conditioning unit. It intelligently controls the passenger area, driver area, battery, and motor & electric control independently based on the application scenario. This meets the all-climate thermal management needs of the entire vehicle in real time, maximizing energy efficiency and achieving significant energy savings.

The product supports 33 different operating modes, addressing the comprehensive needs of the cabin, battery, ATS, and front evaporator:


Product advantages:

· No change in dimensions: The rooftop air conditioner does not increase the vehicle's overall dimensions, nor does it alter installation dimensions or interfaces.
· Integrated electric drive heat dissipation function: The air conditioning condenser integrates the electric drive radiator, sharing the condenser fan. This eliminates the need for an additional electric drive radiator, reducing the overall vehicle cost and saving space. Under summer cooling conditions, the electric drive system utilizes the shared condenser fan for heat dissipation. Through an optimized design, the average impact of activating the electric drive radiator on the air conditioner's cooling capacity is below 7%.
· Integrated waste heat recovery function: Under heat pump conditions, when cooling or heating is required for the motor and electric control, the waste heat recovery system is activated. The newly developed waste heat recovery architecture uses the vehicle's waste heat to increase the evaporating temperature, enhancing heat exchange efficiency under heat pump conditions. Additionally, the waste heat recovery system regulates the electric drive system's water temperature using an electronic expansion valve, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
· Battery safety assurance: Whether the air conditioner is in cooling or heating mode, it meet the battery's cooling or heating needs, regardless of ambient temperature.
· All-climate thermal management: The vehicle thermal management system integrates cooling, heat pump, battery cooling, electric drive heat dissipation, waste heat recovery, and front evaporator cooling functionalities. This combination enables over 30 working modes, ensuring thermal management across all climate conditions.
· Air quality assurance: The air conditioning system integrates CO2 sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and a fresh air return system. These components regulate the fresh air return system and control the operation of the air conditioning system, providing passengers with naturally fresh air circulation.
